A lesson in History
Just as Tyler, Jay is a modern rendition of what was originally Jacob; a character that has mostly been abandoned. Jacob was a part of a group of boys, rascals really; it was him, David, Tony, Antony, and Brian, put together in a Sims house and left up to their own devices, would be the cause of much chaos. Jacob also found themselves, in roleplays, in the role of a spy or guard or such, some sort of military role. In one such story they wished to fly, got high off of mouthwash, was extremely hot-headed, and since it was illegal to be queer, they had to be so in secret. But most of all, they wished to fly. Hence, they are an angel. The idea of them as an angel evolved into this eldrich hemaphroditic being you see before you, devoid now of the character they once were, perhaps, in this form... but not forgotten.
[[In fact, this is a name of much meaning for my internal psyche. Where Addison is emblematic of my feminine and Tyler my masculine, Jay becomes the combination of these two forms and thus, my hermaprhoditic self; that is what this version of the character means; more so to do with my own psyche rather than them existing as an independent character.]]
[04/01/2026]: I realize now that this character means a lot more than I thought at first. They hung around and have been around
for longer than even Tyler or Addison, and I did not understand the significance of that until now. Indeed, the coming together of those
two characters meant that I was no longer what I imagined myself to be. For quite some time now, I have gone by the name 'Kaleb', symbolically
green; that was the opening of my heart through understanding those two characters as separated entities. But understanding them now as unified,
my crown is open, which is violet and gold. Jay is the character that symbolizes this space...
Oh! This is all just a long-winded way of saying that I am becoming more whole by the day, and the crown means solidification in my identity
AND higher understanding!
